Acceptance of Terms

By applying for, registering, or operating as a Vendor on TradeAv, you agree to comply with these Vendor Terms & Conditions. These terms apply in addition to TradeAv’s general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Vendor Account Approval

Vendor accounts are subject to approval by TradeAv. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any vendor application at our discretion.

Approval does not guarantee ongoing access to the platform.

Business Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete business information, including but not limited to:

• Legal business name
• Trading name (if applicable)
• Contact details
• Business address
• ABN/ACN (if applicable)

You must keep this information up to date at all times.

Vendor Responsibilities

As a Vendor, you are responsible for:

• All products and listings published under your account
• Accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Order fulfilment, shipping, and delivery
• Customer communication and service

Product Compliance

All products listed must:

• Be legal to sell in Australia
• Meet applicable aviation, safety, and industry standards (where relevant)
• Not be counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented

TradeAv may remove any listing that does not meet compliance requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

Vendors must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to bypass TradeAv systems or fees
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Upload inappropriate or non-compliant products

Fees (if applicable)

Where applicable, Vendors agree to pay any commissions, subscription fees, or charges associated with the TradeAv platform. Fees will be clearly disclosed.

Suspension & Termination

TradeAv may suspend or terminate Vendor accounts at any time if:

• These terms are breached
• Fraud or risk is detected
• Vendor activity negatively impacts the platform or customers

Limitation of Platform Role

TradeAv acts solely as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. TradeAv is not responsible for:

• Vendor products or services
• Buyer–vendor disputes
• Delivery delays or product performance

Changes to Terms

TradeAv may update these Vendor Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.

Agreement

By submitting a Vendor application or operating a Vendor account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
