ROYCO 756 is a red-dyed, mineral oil-based hydraulic fluid developed for demanding aerospace and industrial service. It provides excellent low-temperature fluidity together with strong anti-wear performance, oxidation and corrosion protection, and good shear stability.

Overview

ROYCO 756 contains additives that enhance oxidation and corrosion inhibition while supporting shear stability and reliable hydraulic performance. The high-viscosity-index formulation also contains metal deactivators and foam inhibitors for use in a wide range of general-purpose hydraulic applications.

It is suitable for aircraft, missiles, autopilot systems, shock absorbers, boom trucks, cherry pickers, robotics and other equipment requiring dependable all-weather hydraulic performance.

ROYCO 756 is particularly suitable for systems where a high level of fluid cleanliness can help improve component life and reliability.

It may be used in unpressurised systems operating from approximately -54°C to 90°C (-65°F to 195°F), and in pressurised systems from approximately -54°C to 135°C (-65°F to 275°F), at pressures up to 3000 psi where approved.

Compatibility

Important: ROYCO 756 should not be used in hydraulic systems containing natural rubber elastomers. Always confirm fluid compatibility with the aircraft or equipment manufacturer's approved maintenance documentation before use.
