ROYCO 560 is an advanced synthetic turbine engine oil developed for modern gas turbine engines operating at high temperatures and pressures. It provides excellent thermal-oxidative stability, low carbon residue formation and strong lubricant performance in demanding aviation applications.

The formulation is designed to support longer lubricant life, improved engine cleanliness and extended maintenance intervals while remaining suitable for engines designed for MIL-PRF-23699-type fluids where approved by the manufacturer.

Overview

ROYCO 560 is specially formulated for advanced gas turbine engines, including higher-bypass and higher-thrust designs that operate at elevated temperatures and pressures.

Compared with traditional Type II turbine oils, ROYCO 560 offers improved thermal-oxidative stability and reduced carbon residue formation. These characteristics help support cleaner engine operation, longer lubricant life and reduced maintenance requirements.

ROYCO 560 may also be suitable for older turbine engines designed for MIL-PRF-23699-type lubricants, provided its use is approved by the engine or equipment manufacturer.
