This aircraft fuel tank sealant is a two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide compound designed for fillet sealing of fuel tanks and aircraft fuselage applications. It maintains excellent elastomeric properties after prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gasoline, making it suitable for demanding aviation environments.

Overview

PR-1776 Class B is an aircraft fuel tank and fuselage sealant designed for applications requiring resistance to aviation fuels and demanding operating conditions.

The two-part polysulfide formulation provides good adhesion and flexibility after curing and is suitable for application using an extrusion gun or spatula.
