Semco® Series 440 disposable nozzles are precision-moulded polyethylene application nozzles designed for use with compatible Semco® disposable cartridges. Featuring a 1/4 in NPT male thread, the nozzle provides a simple, reliable solution for controlled dispensing of sealants, adhesives and other materials.

Overview

Semco® Series 440 disposable nozzles are designed to fit a wide range of Semco® disposable cartridges, including 1 oz, 2.5 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, 12 oz, 20 oz, 32 oz and 1/10 gallon sizes.

The nozzle is precision moulded from polyethylene and can be bent to varying angles to suit different application requirements. A range of nozzle lengths and orifice sizes is available depending on the dispensing application.

Custom lengths, orifice sizes and bent configurations may be subject to minimum order quantities, lead times and pricing requirements.
