Description

Henkel Loctite® 222 Series low strength threadlocker sealant has a vapor pressure less than 5 millimeters Hg at 80.6 degrees F and VOC contents of 6.53 grams per liter. The mild odored, liquid sealant is purple in color and comes in a 10-milliliter bottle.

 

Features:

  • Avoids loosening on vibrating assemblies
  • Specific gravity of 1.08 at 68 degrees F

 

Benefits:

  • Can be disassembled with hand tools for servicing
  • Ideal for small thread sizes

 

Applications:

  • Low-strength thread locking of adjusting screws, countersunk head screws and set screws
