3M™ Polyurethane Protective Tape 8663HS is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer tape designed to provide premium leading-edge erosion protection.

Its tough polyurethane backing provides resistance to scratches, tears, erosion and punctures, while the high shear-strength acrylic adhesive provides reliable adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces.

The tape is designed to withstand demanding environmental conditions, including rain and sand erosion, making it suitable for aircraft and rotorcraft production and maintenance applications.

3M™ Polyurethane Protective Tape 8663HS is available with either a single polyethylene liner on the adhesive side or a skip-slit polyethylene liner. The skip-slit liner is divided into narrow sections to help simplify installation.
